Manager of Counseling Services
Catholic Charities is looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as the Manager of Counseling Services. The Manager of Counseling Services will oversee our counseling program, offering direct client services and leading a small team of three to five counselors. This role blends clinical leadership, program development, and direct client care, all in line with our organization's mission and values, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Approximately 75% of the time in this position is dedicated to client work, with the remaining 25% allocated to management responsibilities. The caseload for this position is approximately 15 appointments per week.
A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related mental health field is required. Candidates must be licensed professionals in the State of Indiana, with licensure such as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC. A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience is required.

Mental Health Counselor
Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Mental Health Counselor. The counselor works in an outpatient mental health setting to provide, at a skilled level, counseling to individuals, couples and families who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression,
or coping dysfunction. A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related mental health field is required.
Candidate must be a licensed professional (or temporary license, if candidate is an MSW in pursuit of licensure) and eligible for licensure within the State of Indiana. Licensure may include LSW, LCAC, LMFT, LCSW, or comparable license
